My New 'Daster'

Daster is Indonesian for pyjamas. Mummy wears this to sleep every night, and now I have my very own ones that fit me as well. Don't I look nice in them?

Taman Safari, Cisarua

While Grandpa Lim & Daddy were playing golf, mommy and Grandma Lim brought me to the Safari Park at Cisarua. Our car was fully equipped for the trip: breakfast, snacks, change of clothings, pampers, drinks, etc.

It was quite a sight, I must say, the animals were actually roaming around the car! Look at the picture, that must be the closest I have been to a zebra in my whole life so far... well, I'm only 20 months old..

Anyway, the best part is, one of the zebra really liked our car so much that it actually bit the right-side mirror of the car!! The mirror cracked, and of course, it gave Mr Masli a fright when it happened...

Marina Square Barney Car

I really love riding this Barney car... until mommy decided to put a coin into the engine of the car! A few seconds after that, the car started to move vigorously, front and back, many times. The steering wheel seemed to be uncontrollable! I yelled for help, mommy was standing at one side, kept on telling me that "Everything is okay"... How can "Everything is okay" when the car jerked front and back that way???? I just couldn't understand. Anyhow, I cried, that was the final signal I gave to mommy, telling her that I just wanted to get off the car. Finally, whe took me out while the car was still moving, and that was the end of the ride.

Mommy, please, next time, don't spoil the car by putting that coin into the engine. I like to ride on a non-moving car.

外公外婆 were here for the whole of last week. I have taken many nice pics with them, mommy said she'll work on them as soon as possible. For now, here is a preview - one rare shot taken with with both looking into the camera... this was taken after we finished buying groceries from Cold Storage. I really miss playing with them now :-( .. the house is so quiet....

I really love this set of toy. There's bibi baby, constantly hungry like me when I was younger. There's also her set of feeding utensils, as well as the food!!! Wow, I'm impressed. See, I'm doing what mommy always does all the time... : groceries shopping!!

Barney And I

As you can see, this purple thing, has now become one of my favourite soft toys. Soft plush fabric, not hairy and definitely huggable. I just don't understand why papa and mummy both don't really like it. You know, they like to hide Barney under the sheet. I have to work really hard to find it sometimes... *sob sob*..

My New Favourite Pastime

Papa and Mummy are always in the study looking at a screen. I don't like it when I am ignored when they are in there, so I decided that I want to have a part of it as well.

Here you see Mummy sharing some photos of my cousin, Aaron. Notice I have my own little mouse that fits my little hand? Compliments from the "farm" that Papa keeps, the smallest he could find...

Piano Piano

I'm gonna love this. Press the keys and there they go, some notes!! The best part is, each key has a different tone! Por2 is really great, she is patiently teaching me. Look mommy, are you gonna get me a new piano soon? 

I didn't feel well :-(

Dear uncles & aunties. Two weeks ago, I fell sick. First I had cough with phelgm, then runny nose.

Mommy fed me with some sweet-smelling medicine from the syringe. Oh how I hated that!!! I tried telling her that I don't want to drink any medicine, however she just didn't understand!!! She just wouldn't leave me alone!! She would ask daddy to hold me so tight until I couldn't even move. She then would force-open my mouth using her left hand, and put the syringe into my mouth using her right hand. No matter how hard I've screamed and choked, she still pressed the syringe and ensured that the medicine got down my throat :-(( I really hated that. For those few weeks, I didn't want to friend mommy.

Gong2 and Po2 came to visit me that week too. As you could see from the picture, we were happily reading the Barney book, also sat around to catch up with each other (I didn't go to their house when I was sick). Jaden Kor2 and Apphia Jie2 both came and visited me too. I was so happy when I saw them, I nearly forgot that I was sick!!

Thank God I'm well and fine now. Gone were the medicine days... *phew*...
